Our standards for selection, verification and publication — no shortcuts.

Selection and curation

We cover trends from reference media: Vogue, WWD, Business of Fashion, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and international agencies. Each story goes through:

Editorial review

Every article goes through at least one editor before publication. Cover stories, interviews and pieces with sensitive factual claims go through two. Editors are responsible for the final decision to publish.

Nine copyright checks

Each draft passes through nine automated checks before reaching the human review queue:

  1. Originality vs. our source corpus (similarity < 0.4).
  2. Images — license verification (Unsplash, Pexels, owned, or direct attribution).
  3. Quotes — attribution and traceability to the original source.
  4. No improperly used trademarks.
  5. Licensed typefaces.
  6. No personally identifiable information without consent.
  7. External citation density ≥ 3 per 1,000 words in factual pieces.
  8. Paraphrasing distance ≥ 0.6 from cited sources.
  9. Hash check against similar already-published articles.

Images

Every image is owned, licensed (Unsplash, Pexels, Creative Commons), or shared with explicit permission. Never scraping. Each image carries a photographer credit in the caption.

Corrections

If you find an error, write to editor@magazineteens.com. Material corrections are published in the body of the article with a visible stamp and the date.

Independence

magazineteens is monetized through AdSense and the newsletter. No sponsored content, no hidden product placement, no affiliate links. If we ever accept brand collaborations, they will appear clearly labeled as "promoted".

Castings

We verify every casting before publishing it: we validate the organizer, read the callsheet, and contact known scouts. We do not publish castings that charge applicants. If we discover one charges, we pull it and publish an alert.
